Our office is located at 5959 Shallowford Road, Suite 527, which is located right off the Shallowford Road exit on Hwy 153. It is in the Shallowford Road Business Park West complex. We also have Chiropractic Therapy Assistants on board and will be happy to verify your insurance benefits to see if you qualify for treatment.

We strive to not only correct a person's health problems but to educate and enlighten people so that they do not encounter similar problems in the future. We like to treat a family as a whole, and it is our experience that children need Chiropractic care as much as adults do.

Financial
Our practice accepts cash, check, and major credit cards. We will be more than happy to submit your insurance forms for you, and we accept most major insurance providers. Please call our office to verify whether your specific insurance plan is accepted. Payment arrangements and schedules can be discussed upon request.

Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
